Note: if you select standard shipping, this doesn’t have tracking. We have never had a package go missing yet! However, In the event that your package is not delivered you cannot claim a refund. If tracked and package is NOT delivered you can claim a replacement. Up on ordering you confirm you understand this.
Shipping is 100% discreet safe and secure, in-case of failure to deliver, you can get a second package sent as long as you selected tracked delivery as we can track and confirm. Shipping options are 48 hours (order before 3pm) or standard 1-3 working days within UK. We ship from UK.

All orders placed and paid for before 3pm are shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. Saturday before 10:00am. We do not dispatch on Sundays- note; no postal service on Sundays.
